KNOWN UNKNOWN

Cover of KNOWN UNKNOWN

“I never wish to be easily defined. I’d rather float over other people’s minds as something strictly fluid and non-perceivable; more like a transparent, paradoxically iridescent creature rather than an actual person”
Franz Kafka.

KNOWN UNKNOWN
: The shadows of my being quiver in a flight of thought that I might be spoken
In mediocrity when I am but no more,
But the paradoxical nature I am bestowed upon yearns nothing but to be left alone,
Will I ever be referred to in wonderment if I pass my given time in solitude?
Being ordinary is abhorrent
I wish to be never defined easily
I would rather be enigmatic
I wish to be never looked upon as predictable
I would rather be mysterious
I wish to be never pellucid
I would rather be murky
I wish to be never deciphered
I would rather be an endless quest
Can I be known unknown? Oxymoron though it maybe
Can I be finite infinite? Illogical though it maybe
Can I be Kafka’s creature person?
Mediocrity scares me,
I wish to be never defined easily.
